There are two ways of purchasing artworks from our on-line gallery:

1. You can fill in the order form and post it back to us at ArenaArt,
The Forge, Marshside, Chislet, Nr. Canterbury, Kent CT3 4EF ENGLAND,
enclosing your payment made out to J.A. Wall, by either Cheque,
Postal Orders or Money Order.

2. You can fill in the order form and fax it back to us on + 44 (0)1227 860029,
making sure that your personal details are completed and confirm that
you are going to make a direct payment into our PayPal account, or send an email to: info@arenaart.com.

We guarantee that all paintings are original artworks by the named artist and all Originals
and Limited Edition Prints will be personally signed and numbered by the artist.

The actual artwork colours may not match the colours on your screen depending on monitor configuration.

Each Limited Edition Print is defined as to what stock it is reproduced on
by its code, i.e. Matt Paper 170gsm, Gloss Paper 180gsm, Watercolour 190gsm and Canvas

Originals are available on request if stated.

In order to reduce risk of damage while in transit, most Limited Edition Prints will be rolled and packaged in a tube, some items may come flat packed, in a corrugated designer wallet.

All sizes shown are approximate.

The quoted price does not include P+P or insurance while in transit, however a nominal charge is shown on the order form and must be added appropriately depending on whether a U.K. , European or Other sale. If order exceeds the nominal charge you will be advised of the additional charge on confirmation of order.

Private Commissions - P+P and insurance is included in the price quoted, unless otherwise advised in
confirmation of order.

You are responsible for any local customs, duties and local taxes required.

If you are not satisfied with either your Original or Limited Edition Print purchase, you may return it with receipt to ArenaArt, The Forge, Marshside, Chislet, Nr. Canterbury, Kent CT3 4EF ENGLAND, for a full refund on the following conditions:
1. You must contact AreanArt by Telephone +44(0)1227 860090, E-Mail to info@arenaart.com,
advising us in advance of the return;
2. Original or Limited Edition Print must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged to ArenaArt, The Forge, Marshside, Chislet, Nr. Canterbury, Kent CT3 4EF ENGLAND;
3. You must ship the Original or Limited Edition Print back within 7 days of date you receive it.
Providing you fulfil the above 3 conditions, we will arrange for full refund of the cost of the Original or Limited Edition Print.
